Learn more about Colorado irrigation history from the comfort of your own computer.
The Water Resources Archive at Colorado State University (CSU) recently digitized eleven oral history transcripts from the North Poudre Irrigation Company Oral History Collection. CSU Professor James Hansen and several graduate students captured these interviews with some of NPIC’s board members and stock holders between 1992 and 1994. The interviews, along with a company history and officer chronology also online, give insight into an important irrigation operation in Northern Colorado.
