Roaring Fork Club Supreme Court decision. The decision slapped down the Club's attempts to change ditch alignments without the ditch owner's permission. While the Court decision wasn't a slam-dunk for ditch owners, we still hold contempt for those who would move our ditches around without our permission. It seems now the Club is seeking to expand and is being slapped down by the nearby Town of Basalt.
