DARCA will be holding a workshop for directors and officers of Ditch Companies on Friday, May 4, in Mancos, Colorado. The workshop will cover: the corporate structure of ditch companies; responsibilities and liabilities of board members and officers; bylaws, how to run a meeting; the psychology of decision making; dispute resolution; and negotiation. In addition to the presenters, long time Ditch Company board members will be on-hand to add color commentary and specific examples from their own experience. The cost is for DARCA members and for non-DARCA members.
