Workshop: Ditch Bill Easements |

 For those of you planning on attending the CWC Convention, you won't want to miss their post-convention workshop, "Colorado Ditch Bill Easements: U.S. Forest Service Processing Policy and Policy Discussion." DARCA is co-hosting the workshop. It will be held on Friday, January 26 at 1:30 p.m.
Ditch Bill Easements pertain to water infrastructure located in national forest areas. The federal government initiated a process whereby owners could obtain easements and exemptions from permitting processes. DARCA has provided coverage of this issue previously.
