Again, DARCA members from both sides of the divide will be able to swap stories with one another during our 8th Annual Convention, Agricultural Water - Reinventing Strategies for a New World on Feb 10-12 in Durango. We have assembled a diverse group of speakers that will be informative and of value to our members. A sampling of our speakers:
• Bill McDonald - former Director of CWCB and now the Pacific Northwest Regional Director of the Bureau of Reclamation
• John Stulp – Colorado Commissioner of Agriculture
• Doug Kemper – Executive Director of the Colorado Water Congress
