 Ray Alvarado addressed DARCA members this February at the 2010 Convention about the future of the Colorado River. Now, the Colorado River Water Availability Study can be viewed on the CWCB's website at http://cwcb.state.co.us/. The report looks at different scenarios for how much water will be available in the Colorado River for further development. It brings together all of the factors affecting water resources to lay out different possibilities for the future.
