It’s hard to believe that we are only a couple of weeks away from the 2012 Arkansas River Basin Water Forum. We are looking forward to a great lineup of speakers and exhibits this year in Leadville. We are excited about having the Forum in Leadville this year at Colorado Mountain College. It is a super facility and will accommodate our Forum very well.
We are planning to repeat the Prize Drawing part of the Exhibit program this year. If you all could bring to the Forum something to contribute to the drawing, we will be doing this on the second day of the Forum. As last year, attendee’s will have a form to be stamped at each exhibit table that they will then put into a box to be drawn for the prizes and gifts that you all bring. This was very well received last year and it was because of the gifts and generous prizes brought by all of the exhibitors. This also encouraged attendees to visit every exhibit and see and learn about your products and organizations.
What to bring for the drawing? Gift Cards, Items that are related to your group or organizations – Guide books, bags, etc. Really anything that you would consider a nice item to be given away at drawing.
Also if you have not signed up for a Exhibit spot yet – there is still opportunity to do this. We will have ample space this year and are welcoming all that want to participate. The cost is low – ITS FREE!! And it gives your organization some exposure to a great audience of water enthusiasts.
If we can be of any assistance to make your exhibit better or if you have any special requests or needs just let us know and we will work to fulfill those.
