Water Quality Improvement Framework (BMP Matrix)

DARCA, in partnership with Maverick Solutions, is proud to share a new scenario-based matrix designed to evaluate cost-effectiveness and impact potential of common Best Management Practices (BMPs) across Colorado watersheds.

This matrix is ideal for:

• Ditch companies

• Watershed coalitions

• Conservation districts

• Municipalities

• Producers

• Forest restoration and wildfire recovery teams

The tool was developed through grant-funded work (Colorado Healthy Rivers Fund) and is facilitated by the Maverick Solutions team to ensure accuracy, transparency, and custom analysis.

Why is it facilitated and not downloadable?

To protect the quality and integrity of the estimates — and to ensure that the numbers aren't misapplied or misunderstood — the matrix is not publicly distributed. Maverick will walk you through your scenario or provide you with a tailored analysis.
